Antique Red Plastic Peter-pan Records, childrens music $15.00
Circa 1943, the dark red "non-breakable" plastic record (record 2292) is in amazing condition and features a song on either side! Still in working condition, it feature two beautifully illustrated title stickers.
Side A contains "God bless us all", by T. Murray and T. Burello; Sung by Bobby Dixon with the Peter-Pan orchestra and chorus. The sticker displays a family of bears, hand-in-hand in sunday best, off with the father holding a picnic basket.
Side B (pictured) contains "Teddy Bears on Parade" as sung by Jack Arthur. The main reason I dug the record out of the junk pile, the picture displays a horse-drawn circus cage with a lion in it, ridden by a clown! That picture, and the maroon disc looked awesome on a wall!
Hand sewn by the Circus as an ol' bayou tradition, no two dolls are exactly alike! keep them in the home or on your person to act as a decoy for any misfortune that would befall you!
100% cotton fabric, poly stuffing, and various additions.
